WEEKLY Meditation PRACTICE:
NEW TIME: Sundays from 4-6PM at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
Our first hour is silent meditation with two 25 minute periods of sitting meditation, separated by 10 minutes of walking meditation. Our second hour starts with a tea break where we practice meditation in the form of talking and listening. This is followed by about 10 minutes of chanting meditation and then a dharma discussion period.
Unfamiliarity with forms and practice is common for newcomers. Please do not let this be a reason for not joining us - we are happy to teach the forms and love having newcomers join us!
