Zen is finding our true nature and living it.
Zen simply means meditation. In practice, Zen is sitting quietly and not doing anything. Because it is difficult for the mind to do nothing, certain practices or expedients were offered to Zen students by Zen teachers. These include breath counting, koan study, and hwadu practice. Whatever method one takes up, the point is always the same: find 'before-thinking-mind', and use this mind to serve all beings.
